Dr. James Cook
has been practicing general dentistry for nearly 30 years.
He has advanced training in crowns, bridges, partial and full
dentures, implants, TMJ therapy, amalgam and composite
restorations, extractions, Endodontic therapy, and limited
orthodontic services.

Dr. Cook was a
professor at the Marquette University School of Dentistry from
1975-1985. Prior, he was a Lieutenant Commander Dental
Office for the United States Navy. He graduated from
Marquette University School of Dentistry with his Doctors of
Dental Surgery in 1973. He managed his own private dental
practice since 1975 before joining Southwest Dental Group. |
He is a member
of the American Dental Association, Arizona Dental Association,
and Delta Sigma Delta Dental Fraternity. He has held
positions on the Advisory Board for Goodwill Industries and PIC
Wisconsin Malpractice Insurance Board. Some of his past
achievements include, past president of the Graduate Chapters of
Delta Sigma Delta Dental Fraternity and past president of the
American Dental Infraternity Council.
Dr. Cook is
licensed in Arizona and Wisconsin. He enjoys golfing,
hiking and spending time with family and friends.
